When you register for rides or contact us, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, length of stay, party size, and (optionally) where you are staying. When you register, we also record the consent language shown to you, along with a timestamp and IP address, as proof of your consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and coordinate rides; to send you ride-related messages (confirmations, pickup details); and, where you have opted in, to send you marketing text messages containing offers, coupons, and event information from us and our local Siesta Key partners during your stay. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our services.
Text Messages (SMS)
Marketing text messages are sent only to guests who opt in by checking the consent box during registration. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell your phone number, and your consent to receive texts is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing of Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our SMS provider and hosting/database providers) solely to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We retain registration and consent records as needed to operate our service and to document consent. Marketing messaging tied to your stay ends when your stay ends or when you opt out.
Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing texts anytime (reply STOP). You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at the number below.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
