Program Description

The Frog Hop text messaging program sends ride-related messages (such as pickup confirmations and details) and, for guests who opt in, marketing messages containing local deals, coupons, attraction codes, and event information from The Frog Hop and our Siesta Key partners during your stay.

How to Join

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during registration on our website. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of using our transportation services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and length of stay. You may receive several messages per day during your stay when local offers are available.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Frog Hop does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, register again or reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call/text us at 844-376-4467.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
